  • How can I delete my account?
  • If you decide to delete your account, you can do so from Profile Settings. You can find a detailed guide on: http://delete-info.sonarabackend.com. However, deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription after deleting your account, you can manage it via https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions for the App Store and https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions for the Play Store.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?
  • Payments are managed through the store and are independent of the app. Therefore, you can cancel your subscription from the “Subscriptions” section of your respective platform’s store. After canceling your subscription, you will still have access to the app until the end of the current billing period.

  • Are refunds available for purchased subscriptions?
  • Refunds are not available for purchased subscriptions.

  • If I create a new account, can I use it without purchasing a new subscription?
  • Yes, you can create multiple accounts under the same subscription and use them without purchasing a new subscription.

  • How can I restore my payment?
  • In the Settings section, under 'Membership', you can manually restore your payment. As long as your platform account remains the same, you can use your subscription on different devices.
